For your number of requests you could easily use the JRun Web Server.  A great
Web server, free or otherwise, is Apache.  The main problem with JRun's JWS is
that it doesn't have SSL, CGI or lots of other things you'd expect from a
production Web server.

If you have IIS on that NT machine, I'd use that.
