We are experiencing some weird slowdowns when are serving graphics files (JPEG's) from a web-app using JRun 3 SP1. Our Server is a Dual Pentium III running JRun 3 SP1. When these graphics files are viewed via IE (5, 5.5) on Windows, the download times slow to a crawl, and the tcp connection's time out(on our lan). However, if we use Netscape, or IE 5 for Macintosh, this problem doesn't exist. If the server is a single processing server, the problem does not exist? Has anyone reported this as a problem?
