JRun 2.3.3 in a distributed environment

Title: JRun 2.3.3 in a distributed environment

Has anyone had any luck with getting 2.3.3 to work in a distributed environment.  I see it in the 3.0 documentation but it doesn't look applicable to 2.3.3

Any advice is appreciated.
