One thing to be aware of is if you configure JRun to work with IIS you
should select the Default Server and not the Admin Server in Step 1 of the
connection wizard. The side affects of connecting the Admin Server to IIS
are that all requests to IIS from the / "root" down will cause JRun to
attempt to process the request as a Servlet - not what you want. The
documentation covers it but some folks make the mistake of configuring both
the Default and the Admin.

I have them both installed on the same machine with IIS 4.0 and haven't had
any problems -- no special installation problems either. I installed CF
first, then JRun, but I don't think it matters.
