Adam, I've been using makefiles and command line deploy to avoid use of a
properties file
altogether. For me this is an easier way to do system builds platform to
platform. Our
app is named doms. Maybe this will help you:
CONTAINER_DIR = /usr/local/JRun
DEPLOY_SERVER_NAME = default
DEPLOY_SERVER_DIR = $(CONTAINER_DIR)/servers/$(DEPLOY_SERVER_NAME)
