That's in the classpath setting under Java settings for each JRun server in
the JMC. When you enter a directory there, all .jar files in that directory
are added to that JRun server's classpath.

I found my problem.   You must have the jrunhome\lib\ejipt.jar in your
classpath also.   I don't know if I over looked it in documentation or if
it was not there.
