Actually, when running JRun 3.0, IIS is totally out of the loop. EVERYTHING
is served from JRun. Static files are served with the
allaire.jrun.file.FileServlet.

What you could try, is to place the static content on a separate virtual
directory in IIS, and let  every component do what it does best: JRun just
handle the servlets and IIS the static content

I've got Jrun 3.0 running on NT 4 & IIS.  When the pages load, it looks like
the images and such are filling in rather slowly.  Is there some Jrun
configuration that would slow down IIS in rendering the HTML elements?
