I and some of the other JRun team members (and two other guys) wrote a book on JSP, which just came out. It's not JRun specific. I used JRun, Orion, Resin and Tomcat to test all my sample apps. It's definitely got several chapters aimed at beginner Java/JSP coders, although it goes into depth on basic topics, rather than skimming them over. I wrote 7 of the 15 chapters.
