I usually add "no-store" to my content too

no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate

Have you tried to different browsers ?? What webserver are you using? I
would try to retrieve the path use a get just to make sure it's the browser
rather than something else.

Www.coolfusion.com have a small Delpi program that you can use to do gets
with params etc, handy enough, no browser caching to worry about ...
