We have a web application. New data may come in at any time which requires
the modification of local.properties
file. At that time, we'd like to be able to start/restart/stop JRun server
depending the current status of the server,
preferrably by calling some JRun interface apis.
We are currently working on Windows 2000 and the program will be ported to
Sun and Linux.
