ah, no, thats not what you mean, is it?

I think you'll find JRun is sending the right content type - it's just that
JRun is much slower at serving the CSS than IIS is... timing again...

Anyway, it's easy to check, just telnet to JRUN and request the css file and
check the headers coming back.
