I think Tomcat, from the Apache Software Foundation might do what you need.

I have a client who wants a simple, temporary solution application for
tracking downloads from a library of documents. The setup is Netscape
Enterprise Server 3.62 running on a Unix box (SunOS sun00858 5.6
Generic_105181-13 sun4u sparc SUNW,UltraAX-MP).

Is there a free or low-cost solution for a JSP server that would be sutible
for a temporary, low-budget solution like this project that someone can
recomend?

Thank you,
