Sorry, I've never done it.  If MQ Series has the ability to handle
interaction with Java clients via some kind of connector or driver, then
you should be able to use JRun 2.3.3 or 3.0.  I think the majority of
effort will be on the MQ Series side in terms of figuring out how to
connect to it as a client and getting the appropriate connector from
them.
