It seems like Henrik's solution of using optimizeit is a good
possibility. I've downloaded a 15 day trial and am tinkering with it
now, not much success yet. I'll probably follow Scott's suggestion and
look at the JVM's built in profiler, but I don't know how much effort
that's going to be. JProbe <http://www.jprobe.com> is probably another
solution, they seem to have an integration with JRun 3.0, at least for
windows. OptimizeIt and JProbe seem like they'll do what you want.
