I reproduced this yesterday on my NT 4.0 box. 

Thanks to all on the forum that replied with their configurations. 

The date parsed problem seems to be related to the client locale settings so
there is no real workaround. 

It's regression bug #22137. 

We hope to have a resolution soon.
