I am using ie 5.5.  It's not pdf's either.  It just hangs when I try to surf to it.  
Nothing comes up, just keeps spinning.

Check your logs for the admin server and see if there's anything suspicious
there and post it.  Is your browser's locale set to en-us?

On a related note, we're investigating a bug with IE 5.0x and JRun's Web
server serving PDF files.  I don't quite know what the problem is, but I
know if you use Netscape, Mozilla or IE 5.5 the problem goes away.
