We haven't, of course, seen any problems like this in our testing.
It would really help to have some more data on how this is happening and
what your environment configurations are (JVM vendor and version, OS, Web
server).
Make sure you clean out your JDK/JRE's lib/ext directory too. I think
that's mentioned in the release notes, but if you have an older servlet.jar
in your ext directory, that may cause problem with the JMC.
