<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>I'm trying to use the new JDBC Type 4 driver for MS SQL Server 7 in
UD4. When I attempt to define the connection I get an alert box stating "Need an
Advanced or Enterprise license to use JRun's Drivers." I have JRun 3.0 Enterprise
Edition SP 2a. Any ideas?
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Here's what I done so far:
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>1) Created and successfully tested a JDBC data source in the JMC using
the new wizard;
<DIV></DIV>>2) Copied my jrun_drivers.jar file to the UD 4\configuration\JDBC
Drivers folder;
<DIV></DIV>>3) Added the following line to the connections.xml file:
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>><DRIVERINFO urltemplate="jdbc:jrun:sqlserver://[hostname]:[server
port];databaseName=[database name]" name="allaire.jrun.jdbc.JRunDriver">
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>My config: JRun 3.0 SP2a Enterprise Edition, MS SQL Server 7, Windows
2000 Professional.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Thanks for any assistance.
