This usually means that the connector wizard has been executed multiple
times, and you've got an ISAPI filter installed at both the global and local
levels. Look at the ISAPI filters tab under the properties for both the host
(global) and Web site levels (local). If you've got ISAPI filters at both
levels, that's probably your problem. Remove one, restart IIS, and you
should be ok. You may have to run the connector wizard again.
