Studio 4.5.1 seems to be the most solid. I have experienced those problems
when I have a directory of files open and then delete a file on the OS side
with out hitting F5 to refresh the integrated explorer. If I click on one of
the sort by tabs it used to freak out. I haven't seen that since sp2 though.
