It was a problem with the global.properties file. I had the java.exe pointed to
jdk1.2.2 in the globals and jdk1.3 in the local. Not sure why it didn't work, but
when I switched it, it started to sort of work, so I reinstalled the sp2a patch after
that and then it worked fine.

Strange.

Have you tried switching JVMs? You can modify the property, jrun.exe in the
JRun3/lib/global.properties file.

When I reinstalled JRun3 with SP2a I was going to try and use Sun's JRE 1.3.0_02
but when I'd try to connect I would receive a connection reset (Netscape socket
reset error) and the server would just die. Nothing was written to the logs to
indicate what the problem was. I eventually switched back to JDK 1.2.2 and it
worked fine. I have since switched to the JVM included with JBuilder 4
Foundation (build 1.3.0-C) and have had no problems.
