I ran into the problem with the 1.3 compiler with Windows 2000 as a service
and I have not been able to rectify the problem. I followed the Allaire
article and installed the service pack 2 and set the javadontdie.exe file as
the jvm. The services still would not start. So I changed the 1.3 compiler
to the 1.2 compiler. That didn't work. So I uninstalled JRUN and reinstalled
it with the 1.2 compiler and did not install it as an Windows
Service.....still doesn't work. I think I have exhaused every fix and still
nothing. What am I missing? Any help would be most appreciated.
