I had this problem recently, I don't understand the cause, but what we did
to fix was stop and the start the Oracle server from srvmgrl.

Hi all,
I am testing the JDBC connection of JRun3.0 with Oracle 8.1.5 on solaris 2.6
After i set classpath, driversettings.
When i click test Jdbc connection. I get the message
"The Network Adapter could not establish the connection "
Any one has any idea. Thanks in advance.
