I have 2 problems:

I have downloaded and installed JRun 3.0 but it seems to be an application
server but not an IDE tool. Please show me which tools should I have in
order to develop an web application.
>From what I have read, I will give here a list. Please help me to choose.
1) JRun Studio
2) JRun server
3) Kawa
4) HomeSite
5) Apache for windows (because my platform is windows98)
( ... or should I need more?)

I have known some tools to write, debug, and compile .jsp file as well as
servlet, i.e. JBuilder3.5; Forte for Java and Kawa. Please tell me which
tool can help me build jsp, servlet most easily and convenient.
