Also, have you made sure the JSP files are in the folder accessible via your
web server?  At that point sub-directories shouldn't be a problem.  Also
keep in mind (I know this is a simple point but still) NT is not case
sensitive but the UNIX / Apache world is.  It could go beyond just the
initial file being an incorrect exact name, includes and error files could
have case/name issues as well.  Hope this helps.
