Good idea, I had been turning cookies on and off for testing purposes, but
not the problem.  I checked and all cookies are enabled.  I am using I.E.
5.5, service pack 1.

Nope, this doesn't help.  I tried closing Internet Explorer, my regular
browser) and reopening.  I tried clearing the cache, closing and reopening.
Still does it.  However, if I use Netscape, it works.

So I'll use Netscape, but I would really like to know why this is happening
all of a sudden.

Just close the browser and open a new one, or hit Ctrl+Refresh to make the
main login page load again.  The frames page is cached in the browser.
