Another place to look is at the Apache Struts project,
http://jakarta.apache.org/struts/index.html. Struts is an entire framework
for presentation side development and includes a front controller and lots
of other interesting bits.

Subject: using servlet as a controller
Hi,
Who might give me examples about using servlet as a controller?
Both servlet and bean are compiled into *.class files. So is it clear to
identify which one is a servlet controller or a javabean? Any explanation
appreciated.
