It sounds like you are talking about a Hardware Virtual Server not a
Software Virtual Server correct? I have a couple of Hardware Virtual
Servers can run JSP's from the "main" server instance and from the
hardware virtual server. Is there anything interesting in you iPlanet
log? Are you sure you are using the correct URI to reference the jsp
pages? For example /webapp/blah.jsp and not
/hw_virtual_server_document_directory/webapp/blah.jsp.
