Generally we recommend that you disable the default server entirely, as well
as any services you don't need.  Especially ones that use ports or threads,
such as:

web, ejb, jms

If you're not using EJB or JMS, and you're not using the JRun Web server,
definitely disable those.

Also, for JRun 3.1, make sure you set the hot deploy feature to false in
global.properties.
