Hi Mark,
Unfortunately you can't do this. You can't set breakpoints with JSP code and
break at them when using Forte and JRun 3.1 (this is also the case with
JBuilder). But you can set breakpoints within the compile servlet code, and
break at them.
Currently we don't have the hooks in place to do this. Hope this helps.

I have made a little progress in debugging JRun apps from Forte for Java. I
have been able to set breakpoints and have Forte break on them in the beans
I use. However, I haven't been able to get Forte to stop on breakpoints in
the .java files generated by the compiling of the JSP pages. I'm SO close -
if I can get past this, it'll be a real breakthrough...
Here's how I setup the java parameters on the JRun server:
-Xdebug -Xnoagent -Djava.compiler=NONE
-Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=9090,suspend=n
I have added all the JRun .jar files to the project - no joy. I tried
mounting the WEB-INF\jsp directory into the project - no joy.
Does anyone have any ideas? I've been able to make Karmira BugSeeker debug
and it works well - stops on breakpoints in the generated java files AND in
beans. HELP!!!
