You can't go wrong with O'Reilly's books (I'm only *slightly* partial):

Java Servlet Programming (2nd ed.):
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0596000405/qid=999872549/sr=1-1/ref=s
c_b_1/103-1671677-8874268

Java Server Pages:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/156592746X/qid=999872583/sr=1-1/ref=s
c_b_1/103-1671677-8874268

EJBs (3rd ed.):
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0596002262/qid=999872621/sr=1-1/ref=s
c_b_1/103-1671677-8874268

If you don't want to buy all of them (which is completely understandable),
I'd go for Java Servlet Programming - it covers all three (though servlets
in far more depth, obviously, and very little EJB) and is a great starting
place for learning how things work in server side Java programming.

I'm an experienced CF developer with a solid basic understanding of Java.
I'm looking for some books and resources to help me get up to speed on jsp,
servlets, and EJB. Ideally, something along the lines of a Ben Forta book
would be ideal - good overview, some detail, but not too much. ANy
suggestions?
