I imagine if you changed the order of your classpath to load the jar file
first, whether in the server itself or in the global configuration, that
would be enough.
Have you tried putting the jar file in the WEB-INF/lib directory of the war
file that you are deploying?
It seems to me like jrun usually looks there before the other classpaths.
