Razi, I had the same issue in 3.1 after I upgraded from JRUN 3.0. In playing around with the configuration, I found that copying the ejipt_exports.jar and ejipt_objects.jar to my deploy directory in the root of my web directory eliminated the messages. You can grab those jar files from the servers\default\deploy directory. Hope this helps.
