what a cool concept! Actual users commenting the documentation with their
real world experiences. Not many useful comments there yet (what I saw, at
least) but I really like this. This could be applied to your KB articles
too, with even greater usefulness.

There is another way to get updates and little gotcha-type fixes, and that
is to check the livedocs.allaire.com web site. This is an app that allows
people to add updates/fixes/code samples/whatever to the pages of the
HTML-based version of the documentation.
