Thanks, Jackie. We checked that, but then as it turned out, I found a
description of the problem on an Allaire Forum: "JRun 3.0 customers using
JDK/JRE 1.3 may find that JRun servers stop when the user is logged off
Windows NT/2000. This occurs when JRun servers are installed as NT services.
This was logged as bug 19139." The short answer is: "...need to add a
command line switch, -Xrs, to your java start up command..." by modifying
java args properties for both admin and default server..."need to add a
command line switch, -Xrs, to your java start up command." The long answer
is at http://www.allaire.com/Handlers/index.cfm?ID=19697&Method=Full

Kreighan,

Below is a copy of an email from a past post that seemed to be this
individual's problem. Please refer. Hope this helps your situation as
well!!

Jackie :-)

I think I have the fix to the problem. I posted the issue on the allaire
support forum and rec'd the following response form tzimmerman:

tommy,
It has to do with the way you entered your serial number. It is case
sensitive and the alpha charachters need to be upper case. See KB 22225,
"JRun Server 3.1: Pages Do Not Display in the JRun Management Console (JMC)

after Installing JRun Server."
You can view the thread at:
http://forums.allaire.com/jrun/messageview.cfm?catid=69&threadid=232203
Please do not respond to this message. Post any correspondence in the JRun
Forum.

I have not tested this yet, but it sounds like the exact problem I am
having. Thanks tzimmerman!
