Where did you get this information regarding clustering? ClusterCATS is
bundled with JRun 3.1 and is fully functional:

Additionally, you should read the FAQ regarding Neo and how it works with
JRun:

Also, there is a whole section devoted to Neo for those interested:

Basically, a toned-down JRun Server will be under Neo, but you will be able
to run Neo directly on top of JRun (or any other J2EE-compliant server)
