To make a long story short, an individual in our shop accidentally installed
Dreamweaver 4 UltraDev on our JRUN 3.1/IIS 5.0/Windows 2000 test server.
I've uninstalled the Dreamweaver4 UltraDev installation off the test server,
but now when we go to create a new web application in the JRUN Management
Console for the Default server, we get the following error message:

----------------------------------------------

Status: Please correct the following errors and click 'create' again:

Can't find resource key "JarUtils.ExpectedDirectory" in base name
allaire/jrun/tools/resource.properties

-------------------------------------------------------

Does anyone know what this error means, and how I would go about fixing it?
I've rerun the External Web server connection wizard to connect to IIS 5.0,
hoping that whatever property JRUN is looking for would be reinserted back
into the property file. But I do not have an allaire/jrun/tools
subdirectory on this test server, nor does my other test server that is
working properly, have an allaire/jrun/tools subdirectory, so I don't know
which property file this error message is trying to reference.

I suspect that the accidental installation and then the uninstall of
Dreamweaver4 UltraDev had something to do with this, as we were able to
create new web applications in our c:\Inetpubs\wwwroot subdirectory, under
the Default server, with no problem until today. Anyone have any
suggestions how I would go about fixing this, so we can continue to create
new web applications in our default server.

My thanks in advance to anyone that shed some light on this problem.
