Hi Richard, If you have a lot of questions or problems, the most certain way to get answers is to open up a support case (1-888-939-2545). This is a paid support mechanism, and some people don't like that. However, it is the most effective means of getting a response and resolution. You work over the phone directly with a support engineer (not relying solely on email or public postings) who takes on the responsibility of resolving your issue. We have defined escalation procedures, which ultimately lead into Product Development - if you encounter a bug, we will fix it and provide a hot fix. We also will not charge for support cases which stem from product defects.
If you don't want to open a support case, then we do have a JRun Forums, hosted at Macromedia and loosely monitored by JRun Support staff. As with JRun-Talk, there's no absolute guarantee that you'll receive a resolution or even necessarily a response, though we try to respond to as many postings as we can.
