Hello Jeffrey,
Thanks for responding,
I have make sure in each jsp file that the dabase connection should get
closed, beside this i have also seen messages on the JRUN which makes sure
that timeout event is occuring normally.
Thanks ,
Amar

This sounds silly, but I've caught myself missing this sometimes...
Have you made sure the code is closing the database connections properly?
The pool will hang until another connection becomes available, and
sometimes
it means that the entire app will hang until the timeout occurs.
Just a thought...

Hello Everybody,
I am facing a strange problem with JRUN4, I have deployed a web based
application which is using the database driver from the JRUN4.0, I am also
using the connection pooling of the server. The application that i have
built is very simple in architecture it only contains JSP/ Servlets.
The probelm that i am facing is that the server stops responding, when i
click enter on it console then it again starts responding, some time it
does
respond even after pressing the Enter key and it remains hanged util I
restart that server.
I will realy appricaite your help.............. waiting for your replies.
Thanks,
Amar
