Yes. If you are using standalone, you will have to find the JRun server
information under the {cfmx_root}/runtime/ directory (i think - but I
haven't looked under the hood since pre 6.1...

  Somewhere about 2/3 down is the information about logging ( a ctrl-f on
  "logging" should get you there"). Ther is a line:

          <attribute name="rotationFiles">3</attribute>

  Change this to 10...
