we found an Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: JRun.
So we asked them to check the JRun.jar-file. Which was missing, as well as 8
other files ... They retrieved them from the backup, put them back in and
now things works again. The backup was taken this Friday, so they files were
there before the update from microsoft (actually the backup was added on
saturday, not on friday as I wrote below), then they were gone. Why the
files disappeared we do not know and we are a bit worried about this, but
they are trying to find out. Weird. Anyway, I just thought I'd let you know.
All the best,
Anne-Li

A mne: Problem for JRun 3.1 with latest security update from microsoft?
We are having problems with one of our biggest customers - this friday they
installed a security update from microsoft, ASN 828028, a fix for some
network problem. After that JRun refuses to start ... They have JRun 3.1.
Neither Admin nor default starts, though they've restarted the computer.
Please, any ideas as to what this is about would be most welcome! They
couldn't find anything in the error logs.
All the best,
Anne-Li Mell
