Chris,

You should be able to do the following

/jrun4/bin/jrun -nohup -start servername
1>/web/jrun4/logs/servername-out.log 2>/web/jrun4/logs/servername-err.log

Subject: Redirect console?

Trying to evaluate Jrun4 (Unix) for multi-cpu purchase.  I cannot turn
off the console logger.  I've removed it from the jrun.xml file and the
standard-out is still going to the screen after restart.  Is this going
to hurt performance if I simply redirect the output to a file (in the
shell)?

I'm starting jrun from the command line... We prefer to work in the
shell, and have monitoring scripts that need to stop and start it that
way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
