Sure, you can.  Just add the necessary debug switch in the jvm.config and
start the JRun server.  You should be able to attach to the running JVM.

Here is the switch I used.

-Xdebug -Xnoagent
-Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,suspend=n,server=y,address=53006

I haven't used it with the tool you mentioned though. But it should work.

Does anyone know how one can set up remote servlet debugging with JRun 4.0?
I'm using jEdit with the jSwat plugin for debugging. The documentation for
jSwat says that JRun 4.0 doesn't allow remote debugging and I haven't been
able to find any info on it.
