- bugfix: '/' must be handled as the file separator on JVM for Windows. FIXED

will be set to "false" for "gssapi-with-mic"
if that property is not given explicitly.
- change: added changes about ChannelSftp#{pwd(), home()} to
ChangeLog; 'Changes since version 0.1.34:' section.
