Great suggestion. I used plink instead of putty.exe and "No terminal
authorization granted." And when I changed to the exec channel in the
Logger code I get the same message. i assume this is an issue with the
exec channel being locked down on the server I am going to.
I will follow up on that.

That is enough. That messages mean that shell channel has been
successfully established. If possible, could you modify Logger.java
to open the exec channel?
