It seems that, even if that problem happens, all sessions are alive
and sshexec have been done successfully after that event.
How about the content in the byte array 'tmp' at that timing?

I have been trying to reproduce that problem in our environment in these days,
but it has not been reproducible here.  If I can reproduce it,
I'll monitor the SSH packets to find the problem.  

I also do not have a clue to the next step.
