Hi,

   |I am making a SSH connection to a Unix m/c and I am getting a
   |jschException - SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT - Login grace-time exceeded
   |When it executes session.connect() .
   |Can anyone please suggest what could be the possible reasons..
   |It works fine 3 out of 5 times randomly. only the other times, it fails.

OpenSSH's "man sshd" has following descriptions,

     -g login_grace_time
        Gives the grace time for clients to authenticate themselves (default
        120 seconds). If the client fails to authenticate the user within
        this many seconds, the server disconnects and exits. A value of
        zero indicates no limit.

Sincerely,
