Hi Atsuhiko,
The SFTP specs state that, I think.I agree with Martin that the code should be 
if(sversion >= 3) {...} (or if(sversion >= 3 && sversion <= 5) {...} if it 
intends to support newer SFTP protocol versions).
In the latest JSch (1.44), the code is if(sversion > 3) {...}.

As far as I have understood, on the sftp protocol version 3,
the filename encoding must be UTF-8.
I have missed something?
