Could you try jsch-0.1.42.jar ?
That version will accept FSecure's 'unciphered'(plain) private keys.
Frankly to say, we don't have such a proprietary ssh software,
but if somebody provides us 'dummy' ciphered private key and its public key,
we may be able to support them.
