|You should rekey after about each gigabyte of data, to avoid some
|attacks from data analysis. (I'm not sure if JSch or the ChannelSftp

The usual sshd like OpenSSH will automatically invoke the re-keying process
in every gigabyte of data transferring, so you don't have to do in the
usual scenario. Of course, you can start the re-keying by using
Session#rekey() method from the client side.
